Differences

We are so divergent, different, discordant,
BecksVisitFtLauderdaleWe disagree about so much, and quarrel,

Almost incessantly, bickering over every
Little thing, except, on most occassions,
The day of the week, upon which we usually
Agree. So contradictory are we, that some days
We are not sure the other is right about
Saturday, or Thursday, but any day of the week
I would not want to have anyone but you
By my side, and without you, I would not enjoy
Harmony, consonance or compatibility, there
Is no sympathy, rapport, or friendship greater
Than our love. Don’t you concur, my love?
